The Wild-Live web-site has recently undergone a transformation.. Not only does it have a new look, there are many added extras including our new on-line shop where you can purchase specialised equipment. There is a new member section with a forum so you can keep in touch with old class mates and share your experiences. In the member section, we will also place hand-outs and notes so you can retrieve them any time you want in the event you lost your course notes. We will also fill it with hints, tips and much more. You will also find the "multimedia" section fascinating with small movie clips, images and articles written about Wild-Live and primitive survival in general.
The web-site isn't the only thing that has changed and improved around here! We have completely revamped our courses, refined a few and added a load of new exciting experiences!
We only offered weekend courses, but this year, we will be offering you many weeklong courses, as well as courses in far away in places like Israel! There are many previously unavailable courses such as "Survival bow making" and in depth flint knapping courses! All these courses however, are still based on the same philosophy and skills as before. Find out more about the history of these skills here.
Wild-Live is also appearing in a few magazines and on one of the most famous country lifestyle events in Ireland. On one of our courses in the coming months, two reporters from the only outdoor magazine in Ireland will be coming along and write an in depth article about Wild-Live and the courses we offer.
